Delete your Klexi account

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open Klexi and sign in with the Google account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.
- You will be signed out immediately; your account and data are deleted right away.
If you are using Guest mode (not signed in with Google), sign in with Google first —
guest data is stored locally on your device and is removed automatically when you
uninstall the app.
Option 2 — By email
Email
aiwx2035@gmail.com from the address linked
to your account (or include the email you signed in with) and ask us to delete your
account. This works even after you've already uninstalled the app.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, profile photo) from Firebase Authentication
- Your study progress and history stored on the device (learned words, streaks, quiz results)
- Your Dalli AI chat history
- Your app settings and preferences
- Cached audio on the device (AI voice cache and the last pronunciation recording)
- Your device push notification token (unregistered from Firebase Cloud Messaging)
- Your subscription link in RevenueCat is signed out, so the account is no longer associated with your purchases on this device
Klexi does not keep a server-side copy of your study records — they live on your device, and
deleting the account erases them from the device as part of the same flow.
Subscription and payment records are kept by Google Play / RevenueCat for billing and tax
purposes as required by law, and are not tied to your Klexi profile after deletion.
Processing time
In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 30 days.
Some data may remain in backups for a limited period before being purged, and billing
records may be retained where required by law.
