Klexi ("we", "the app") is a Korean-language learning app. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and who it is shared with.

The AI features (Dalli chat, AI voice, pronunciation scoring) run through our own backend, which requires you to be signed in. Requests are authenticated with your Firebase sign-in token so that the service cannot be used anonymously on your behalf. We do not use your chat messages or voice recordings to train any AI model.
Klexi is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To delete your account and associated data, use Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or visit our Delete Account page.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
